Hemanshu has more than 25 years of cross-industry visionary leadership in the hi-tech industry with deep technical expertise in semiconductors and embedded systems. He has led multiple successful complex Billion+ gate SoC tapeouts and commercialization at Qualcomm and led customer engagement for Qualcomm’s biggest customers. 

Prior to Qualcomm, Hemanshu set up the Bangalore PD organization for Raza Microelectronics, a Bay Area microprocessor startup subsequently acquired by Netlogic (now Broadcom). He is passionate about setting up Global Captive Centers in India by seeding and growing engineering talent and ensuring efficient operations. Most recently Hemanshu set up the India Center for Microsoft-funded AI startup d-Matrix. Early on in his career, he spent a decade in the US, leading circuit design teams at Kilopass (NVMs), Lattice Semiconductor (FPGAs), and Motorola (SRAMs).

Prior to this, Hemanshu set up the Middle East operations for Accel-funded global ed-tech company Vedantu. He enjoys mentoring and has formally mentored more than 200 students, many of whom are now in senior technical positions in leading technology companies. 

Hemanshu is passionate about innovation and has 18 US patents. He has an MSEE from Purdue University and an Executive Management Certificate from UT Austin.

Sharath has more than 30 years in the digital engineering space, building and scaling new initiatives, creating products/services strategies, conceiving & implementing technology innovations, team building, mentoring, managing projects and operations. He has co-founded few startups and had stints in mid-size and large companies. 

Most recently, he was EVP of Creative Synergies Group, a Michigan based company with global operations and development centres in India. He built and led the embedded engineering division with practices in automotive, medical devices, Industrial automation and Industry 4.0. He led Solutions and Projects in IOT, Robotics, AI, Vision and systems engineering. He was Involved in strategy, business development, project delivery and scaling the organization

Prior to this he has worked in Cranes Software (Listed in NSE), Mistral Solutions (acquired by AxisCades) as a founding team member, Vignani Technologies (Acquired by Altran) as a Competency head, Elucido Media Networks Inc as Vice President for new business and at Pearson Education, a global leader in EduTech as head of India operations of the digital business which was over US $30 Million

He has an MSEE from Syracuse University and has authored several papers including in IEEE transactions.

Dr. Rajeev Shorey is the CEO of the University of Queensland – IIT Delhi Academy of Research (UQIDAR) and Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science & Engineering department at IIT Delhi. Expertise in Wireless Networks including 5G Networks, Telematics, IoT, Industrial IoT, IoT Security, Edge & Cloud Computing and Secure Automotive Networks.

His career spans several reputed research labs – TCS Research & Innovation, General Motors (GM) India Science Laboratory (ISL), IBM India Research Laboratory, SASKEN Technologies and NIIT University. He has more than 70 publications in international journals and conferences, 13 US patents and several pending. 

Dr. Shorey is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, Distinguished Scientist at ACM, Fellow of IETE and Senior Member of IEEE. He received his Ph.D., M.S. and BE from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India

Sujeeth is a seasoned engineering leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Data Science. He has a strong track record of advancing applied AI across industries, delivering efficient, high-impact solutions that translate research into real-world value.

He specializes in designing, training, and deploying advanced models—including CNNs, RNNs, and large language models (LLMs)—to solve complex challenges in computer vision, natural language processing, and data analytics. His work has consistently strengthened in-house AI capabilities, resulting in scalable, production-ready, and highly optimized systems.

An accomplished leader, Sujeeth has built and mentored high-performing teams focused on delivering robust and scalable AI solutions. Most recently, he led AI/ML initiatives at a semiconductor startup, driving innovation at the intersection of hardware and intelligent systems.

His expertise also extends to signal processing domains such as echo cancellation, noise suppression, and codecs, along with emerging technologies like AR/VR. As a serial entrepreneur, he has successfully architected high-value products and delivered cloud-based machine learning solutions that empower enterprises to achieve growth and operational excellence.

With over three decades of experience in embedded technologies, Narayanan has led the end-to-end development of products—from initial concept through large-scale production.

He successfully built and scaled an embedded services organization to over 300 engineers, establishing a clear vision, driving strategic growth, and ensuring disciplined execution.

His technical expertise spans real-time systems across diverse sectors, including Defence, Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer products. Narayanan brings hands-on leadership across the full product lifecycle, covering product development, hardware and software engineering, program management, and customer delivery.

He has a strong track record in engineering management, with deep experience in implementing quality systems, defining development methodologies, managing P&L, improving ESAT/CSAT metrics, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Narayanan has collaborated extensively with global teams and customers across the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, building strong partnerships and delivering impactful outcomes.

He is also a co-developer of a patented innovation based on Cells-in-Frames technology (ATM over packet networks), reflecting his commitment to advancing cutting-edge solutions.
