Hemanshu T. Vernenker

Chief Executive Officer

Hemanshu has more than 25 years of cross-industry visionary leadership in the hi-tech industry with deep technical expertise in semiconductors and embedded systems. He has led multiple successful complex Billion+ gate SoC tapeouts and commercialization at Qualcomm and led customer engagement for Qualcomm’s biggest customers.

Prior to Qualcomm, Hemanshu set up the Bangalore PD organization for Raza Microelectronics, a Bay Area microprocessor startup subsequently acquired by Netlogic (now Broadcom). He is passionate about setting up Global Captive Centers in India by seeding and growing engineering talent and ensuring efficient operations. Most recently Hemanshu set up the India Center for Microsoft-funded AI startup d-Matrix. Early on in his career, he spent a decade in the US, leading circuit design teams at Kilopass (NVMs), Lattice Semiconductor (FPGAs), and Motorola (SRAMs).

Prior to this, Hemanshu set up the Middle East operations for Accel-funded global ed-tech company Vedantu. He enjoys mentoring and has formally mentored more than 200 students, many of whom are now in senior technical positions in leading technology companies.

Hemanshu is passionate about innovation and has 18 US patents. He has an MSEE from Purdue University and an Executive Management Certificate from UT Austin.

Sheshankh N Reddy

COO

Sheshankh is a results oriented Global Management Professional with diverse experience of over 20 years in different capacities primarily in areas of project management, end-to-end product management, quality and delivery of critical business applications.

Artificial Intelligence software leadership having led core engineering teams. Executed CV, ADAS, Event Recognition, Gesture recognition projects as well as model/network optimization including quantization and pruning.

Career in complete design cycle and commercialization of Handsets, Modems, IoT products ranging from wearables to smart cities and everything in-between. Ownership of hundreds of products in the millions of volumes delivered to global markets.

Sheshankh held leadership positions at Qualcomm, Blaize, VIA Telecom (now Apple) and has worked with industry leaders such as Daimler, Denso, Samsung, LG, Reliance JIO, Xiaomi, OnePlus in over 15 countries.

Rajeev Shorey

Technical Advisor

Dr. Rajeev Shorey is the CEO of the University of Queensland – IIT Delhi Academy of Research (UQIDAR) and Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science & Engineering department at IIT Delhi. Expertise in Wireless Networks including 5G Networks, Telematics, IoT, Industrial IoT, IoT Security, Edge & Cloud Computing and Secure Automotive Networks.

His career spans several reputed research labs – TCS Research & Innovation, General Motors (GM) India Science Laboratory (ISL), IBM India Research Laboratory, SASKEN Technologies and NIIT University. He has more than 70 publications in international journals and conferences, 13 US patents and several pending.

Dr. Shorey is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, Distinguished Scientist at ACM, Fellow of IETE and Senior Member of IEEE. He received his Ph.D., M.S. and BE from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India

Dr. Rajeev Papneja

Dr. Rajeev brings to the table almost 30 years of extensive systems & software experience on an international scale along with an inspiring vision, purpose, a relentless passion for technology, and a life of spirituality.

Erudite, dynamic, and possessing a 360-degree perspective on technology, Dr. Rajeev is a rare combination of business development, technology, and analytical skills. He has been a technology evangelist and keynote speaker at various national & international conferences. He has been a mentor and guest lecturer at e-Cornell and UCLA. He is a guide for academicians, researchers, and corporates on emerging tech & digital transformation trends. His forte is to assist organizations in their digital transformation journey with the use of relevant technologies & new business models,. He has held leading technical and leadership roles in organizations such as UPS, Dun & Bradstreet, Ernst & Young, and Pfizer, to name a few.

He has earned several accolades: he has been awarded “Rashtriya Gaurav Puraskar”, “Mahatma Gandhi Ekta Sanman”, “Gem of India”, “Golden Personality of India 2016”, “Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Excellence Award” and “Eminent 100 CIO’s of India” for his contributions to the field of technology.

Dr. Rajeev has an MS in Computer Science and a PhD in Business Administration.
